Tuition and Fees

  • A $1,000 non-refundable tuition deposit will be billed on March 1 to reserve your child’s spot for the 2023-2024 school year, otherwise due within two weeks of the issued contract. The deposit is non-refundable.

  • Tuition can be paid monthly. The number of payments depends on the time of enrollment. All tuition must be paid in full by May of the school year.

  • Tuition discounts are available to those paying on a semi-annual or annual basis.

  • Students are automatically enrolled each year as part of the Continuous Enrollment Agreement. You must inform administration in writing if you wish to opt out.

2023 - 2024

Tuition Fees include all expenses such as:

Curriculum

  • All classroom supplies and materials for students and teachers

  • Enrichment: Art, Science Lab equipment and tools, specific classroom project supplies, license fees for online learning, textbooks, workbooks, novels, and reading sets

  • Student Assessment: PSAT, ERB (Education Records Bureau), National Spanish Exams

  • Scholastic competitions, MathCounts, and other national competitions for music, writing, etc.

Technology

  • Individual touchscreen Chromebooks for Grade 1 and above

  • Student school email address

  • Smart Touchscreen TVs

  • A large variety of online based resources and applications

Field Trips

  • Class day trips – OMSI, State Parks, Portland Art Museum, Oregon Zoo, Elsinore Theater, Oregon Symphony, Oregon State Capitol, Willamette Jet Boat excursions, Salem to Portland Amtrak, Bonneville Dam and Fish Hatchery, Zena Forest, Fire and Police Stations, and several other area museums and activities according to classroom theme concentration.

  • Overnight retreats for students in Grades 3 and above such as Fort Clatsop, Outdoor School, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and Camp BB.  

NOTE: Griffin Expedition trips such as Boston, New York, and Washington DC are optional and will be billed in addition to tuition based on your child’s participation.

NOTE: Abiqua Adventures, Athletics, Before and After Care, and Hot Lunch will be billed in addition to tuition based on your child’s participation.

Bus transportation

  • Full size bus rental for larger school activity needs
